What does the uniform symbolize?
Our brand new marching band uniforms are a symbol of pride for the school. When the uniforms are put on ,we as a group represent Hanover Park. With that being said we have to behave like young adults and make sure that our uniforms look the best they can. This means that the uniforms must be clean and not wrinkled for all performances. After performances uniforms MUST be hung up.
Uniform Checklist
- Uniform Pants
- Uniform Jacket
- Under armor or thermal wear underneath (NO HOODIES OR ANYTHING WITH A COLLAR!!!)
- Marching Shoes
- Black Gloves (fingertips cut off for Flutes and Clarinets)
- Gauntlets
- LONG BLACK SOCKS!!!
- Shako (everyone except Pit and Tubas)
- Beret (Tubas only)
- Hair tie (for anyone whose hair is shoulder length or longer)
